In this course, participants will explore various methods of the local church to minister effectively in a multi-ethnic world.  Students will examine multi-ethnic and ethnic-specific approaches to ministry.  Related issues of church life, outreach, preaching, and teaching will be discussed.

Qualifies for the Church Leadership Certificate.
