Reporting to the Executive Pastor and the Combined Boards of Calvary Baptist Church (CBC), the Administration Department is supervised by the Office Manager. We currently have an opportunity for a Part-time (21 Hours per week) Administrative Assistant with most or all of the following experience:
Proofreading and editing proficiency
Strong Communication skills
Document Management (Word/Adobe/PowerPoint)
Event Planning and/or Worship Service Logistics
Database Management (Touchpoint, Blackbaud or similar databases)
We are looking for a believer in Jesus Christ who has a servant’s heart and a genuine desire to support the ministries of Calvary Baptist Church. It is important that this person be accountable and self-motivated displaying a critical eye, initiative, and drive to serve with excellence.
