Boundaries
Wednesday 6pm - 7:15 pm / February 1 - April 25, 6 to 7:15 pm / RM 503
Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced life – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This study will help you know as a Christian how to set limits and still be a loving person and to understand that setting boundaries is biblical.

GriefShare
Wednesdays 6pm - 7:15 pm / January 4 - April 18 / RM 506
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
Led by Bonnie Dufour and Megan Brereton.
Life Skills for Kids
LifeSkills4Kids is a program that supports the entire family during times of transition and changes due to loss through death and divorce, stresses with blended families and single parents, and struggles with emotional and mental needs of family members. LS4K teaches children, ages 5 to 6th grade, healthy life skills through activities, art, and drama.
Growing through Change
Wednesdays 6pm - 7:15 pm / January 25 - March 21 / RM 510
8-week unit provides practical skills to deal with changes in children’s lives by identifying and managing the stages of loss and grief. Children learn that in life “Nothing Stays the Same Forever” and that children can trust in God’s plan for their lives even in difficult and confusing times of change.
Led by Laura Burgos, Jennifer Wang, Lindsay Feralio, Omar Gonzales, Cherelle Hale, Jennifer Harris, Donna Toombs, and the Life Skills Drama Team: Director, Sharon Shah.
