Sing “Silent Night” for our Virtual Candlelight Christmas Concert

One of the most precious moments of worship at Calvary’s annual Candlelight concert is when, as a congregation, we light candles and sing “Silent Night” together. Although we cannot meet together this year due to the pandemic, we want to recreate this timeless moment once again for this year’s Virtual Candlelight Christmas Concert!

What do I have to do? We want you to record yourself and/or your family singing along with the video of “Silent Night” that can be found at the bottom of this page.

What do I need to participate? You need one device to record on (ie. phone, tablet, or laptop) and one device to play the video of “Silent Night” on (ie. phone, tablet, or laptop). We would also like people to be holding a candle (fake or real) when possible.

How do you record from home?  In short, you need to record yourself singing along with the video found at the bottom of this page. Watch a “How-To-Record-From-Home” tutorial video here.

When do I need to submit my video? Videos need to be emailed to Casandra Caminiti (ccaminiti@cbcnyc.org) by Saturday, Nov. 7.

Please feel free to contact Casandra Caminiti, Calvary’s Interim Director of Choirs, with any questions at ccaminiti@cbcnyc.org.
