Introducing Interim Music Director Terry Williams

We are excited to announce that Terry Williams has been invited by the Elders and Pastor Epstein to serve with us in an interim role from September through December. He will be responsible for coordinating our worship services this fall, working weekly with our choir, and preparing for our Candlelight Carols Concert on Sunday, December 9.

Pastor Williams leads Priority Worship, an itinerant ministry he founded and designed to provide coaching, consulting, clinics, and conference events for pastors, leaders, and worship ministries. Prior to starting Priority Worship, Williams served for 14 years as the Team Strategist of the Music & Worship Ministries at the Florida Baptist Convention. He was also the Associate Pastor for Music and Worship at First Baptist Church of Ocala, Florida, for over 10 years, as well as other churches in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Williams holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Stetson University in Deland, Florida, and attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

His passion for worship combined with his experience as a music minister and worship leader for over 40 years gives Williams a unique perspective and insight for training and inspiring today’s worshipers. Williams and his wife, Earlene, live in Ocala, Florida, and share a common calling as ministry partners.

Please be in prayer for the Terry and Earlene as they prepare for their work at Calvary.
