653 Functional Foundations of Leadership

The focus of this course is to investigate the core skills a leader needs to be a spiritual leader. In this course, the emerging leader will study the importance of leading from the heart. This course will cover how relationships, spiritual motivation, honest assessment of one’s strengths and weaknesses, personality type, spiritual giftedness, temperament, and team dynamics are essential understanding for the emerging leader.

NOTE: This is a three-hour course and thus, the cost of the course is $120.
