Joyce Brown was born on the Island of Jamaica, and came to the United States 35 years ago. She is married and the mother of four children and several grandchildren. Mrs. Brown joined Calvary Baptist Church in the year 1997, and became part of its staff in 1999 after retiring from the healthcare field.
Mrs. Brown has been very productive here, and is a member of Calvary’s choir, and is a Deaconess. She assists in the posting of the weekly sermons and also assists with office and reception duties.
Joyce, who has been a believer in Jesus Christ for many years, says that “being a member of CBC offers me the opportunity to grow and develop in my walk with the Lord.”
