Monthly Missions Fellowship
The purpose of Calvary Baptist Church Missions and Outreach Ministry is to fulfill the Great Commission, at home and abroad, by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 1:8, Romans 10-15, and Ephesians 4:11-16).
We accomplish this by the pursuit of the following goals:
· To see people saved and brought to the knowledge of God;
· To build up the body of Christ through discipleship;
· To address human needs, including but not limited to: healthcare, water, food & education
The monthly Missions Fellowship is designed around these three goals. This is an opportunity for men and women of all ages to pray for world needs, to gain knowledge and training for missions, to learn from visiting missionaries and to be support teams for our missionaries and mission teams. Jesus invites us to follow in His footsteps and spend our lives in service for others. We will meet the second Sunday of each month unless otherwise announced, immediately following the 11 a.m. service in the Fellowship Hall. A light lunch will be served. Please bring a dish to share.
